- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and hospice care teams, to deliver comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behaviour.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Experience in medication administration is advantageous.
- A caring attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of dementia care principles is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications or training in healthcare support are desirable but not mandatory.
